The young midfielder Carles Aleñá, 20 years old and with record of the first Barcelona team, today received the medical discharge, three months after being operated on the tendon of the femoral biceps, and has been summoned by the subsidiary team that plays tomorrow in Sabadell.
Aleñá suffered a tear of the hamstring tendon of the right thigh in early June and had to undergo surgery in Finland by specialist Sakari Orava, who had also been responsible for the intervention of Ousmane Dembélé from a similar injury.
The midfielder is one of the big bets of the technical services for the next course. The idea is that you accumulate minutes in the branch team (Second B) before you can recount for Ernesto Valverde.
That is why Aleñá has already been included in the team list of Francisco Javier García Pimienta for tomorrow’s match against CE Sabadell. The whole list is as follows: Jokin Ezkieta, Iñaki Peña, Morer, Guillem, Mingueza, Chumi, J. Cuenca, Miranda, Sarsanedas, Monchu, Riqui Puig, Collado, McGuane, Alena, Ballou, Kike Saverio, Mujica, Abel Ruiz and Nils Mortimer.
